		<description>The system exists, I guess.  I won't fault you, anyway.  I only read about this the other day, but it is a bad precedent, I think.  First, it is applied differently depending on how the states define homeschooling.

Second, it takes away from a state's right to determine how it wants to fund education in the state.  So I guess maybe your libertarian mind can stick with that?  I don't know...I only have libertarian tendencies.  I'm not libertarian. : )</description>
