Hillary Violates State Election Law

In New York State, it is illegal to promote a candidate within 100 feet of a voting booth. Yet here is our junior senator electioneering for the Democrats inside the polling station, about 5 feet from the nearest booth:

I’m not familiar with NY law but it would seem to me a stretch to consider that endorsement of a particular candidate.

Real libertarians oppose enforcement of stupid laws that restrict free speech.

I do oppose such laws; I’m just observing the lack of enforcement. I’m sure if a Libertarian gave an impromptu interview inside a polling place, the power-that-be would have no qualms about enforcing the law.

It should be obvious that our masters can do anything they want. Why pretend? Kelo, Raich, NYC Term Limits, the Bailout, Barr v Hall in CT. Some of these things were quite legal but completely and blantantly tyrannical. Get used to your role as a beast of burden who serves at his or her master’s amusement.

This is outrageous!!! We have been told not to even wear buttons or t-shirts endorsing candidates when we vote. It is ubelievable that Mrs. Clinton continues to do what she wants confirming that she has no regard for the law and believes to be above the rules. so what if is a “stupid law”! It is still a law and we have been held to it. and please do not come back with “it’s a stretch”. It is clearly electioneering.

In addition, this is not the clip you should be seeing. there is a clip from fox 5 NY where Mrs. Clinton exits the voting booth and declares her vote “for the next President of the United States, Barack Obama” Electioneering!!!!
